Why does the 1pm cut-off matter more up here?
Because we group Guelph and KW calls into an afternoon run. A morning call gets you on it the same day. An afternoon call is normally next morning.
Can you keep the original door on my Exhibition Park carriage house?
If the panels are sound, yes, and that is what we recommend. We re-hang on torsion hardware with safety cables, replace rollers and balance it. It will run quietly and look the same.
My Waterloo opener lost its Wi-Fi pairing. Can you fix that on site?
Usually yes. We re-pair most units on the visit and carry the common logic boards for the ones that have failed.
