Very good experience. Mel was very quick to locate a technician to handle my emergency. My garage door could not open, so I was unable to access my car, and needed my problem resolved the same day. The technician Anwar was great. He contacted me to advise that his earlier appointment was delayed and when he would get to me. He was courteous, funny and dealt with my issue quickly. I will definitely keep Pro Entry in my contact list and refer them to anyone I know who needs garage door services. Great experience.

My garage spring had snapped in two and my technician arrived shortly after I reported the problem to the office. He helped me get my car out of the garage and switched out the springs with new ones. He greased the chain and lubed the tracks and springs. He needed no supervision and only needed my help with pressing the opener button while he checked the motor settings. The door opens smoothly and more quietly now. He was a nice guy and very professional. The job took approx 45mins to complete.

Mohammed was fantastic. He came the same afternoon that I called. I needed him to fix a garage door cable that came off the track. He did that efficiently, but then went above and beyond to adjust the door stop height to prevent it from happening again and also lubricated everything. Fast, efficient, courteous, and fair prices. Highly recommended.
